In short
- We do not collect any data — the app has no server, no accounts, no ads and no analytics.
- Everything you enter stays on your devices and in your own iCloud account.
- We cannot see, read or delete your entries — only you can.
1. Data you enter
A name or nickname and date of birth of your child, entries about breastfeeding, bottles, pumping, sleep and diapers, growth measurements, your own events (e.g. solids, bath, medicine, vaccinations, temperature, mood, milestones) and notes. You decide what you enter.
2. Where it is stored
On your device. The app uses Apple iCloud (CloudKit) to keep your journal in your private iCloud database and in sync between your devices. iCloud is provided by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy; we have no access to it.
3. Shared journal
If you invite another person (e.g. the other parent) via an iCloud link, that person can view and add entries in the shared journal. You can stop sharing at any time in the app.
4. Lock Screen, notifications and sounds
The timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island (Live Activity) and pump reminders are handled locally by iOS on your device. No data is sent to us.
5. Export
PDF and CSV export creates a file on your device. You decide where to save it and who to share it with (for example with your pediatrician).
6. Purchases
The PRO subscription is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your card details or your Apple Account data — the app only checks with Apple whether the subscription is active.
7. Ads, analytics and tracking
The app contains no ads, no analytics or tracking tools and no third-party SDKs that collect data. In App Store terms: “Data Not Collected”. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports that do not contain your entries.
8. Children’s data and health
The app is intended for parents and caregivers, who enter and control their child’s data. Entries may include health-related information (e.g. temperature, medicine, vaccinations); they never leave your devices and your iCloud. The app does not give medical advice and does not replace a doctor or midwife.
9. Deleting data
Delete individual entries or the child’s profile in the app, or delete the app. The copy in iCloud can be removed in iPhone Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
10. Your rights
Since we do not process your personal data on our side, the data is fully under your control on your devices. If you have any questions about your rights under the GDPR, contact us.
11. Contact and changes
For privacy matters write to kontakt@psw-it.pl. We will publish any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
