Effective from 29 October 2026
This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit this website and contact us. Mobile apps have their own privacy policies — for KSeF Viewer, see here.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is:
PSW-IT Piotr SucheckiNIP 5223111437, REGON 369313204
e-mail: kontakt@psw-it.pl
For any matter concerning personal data, write to kontakt@psw-it.pl.
2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis
When you write to us, we process your email address, your name (if you provide it) and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, if we discuss working together, taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence for up to 2 years after it ends, unless it becomes part of a contract — in that case for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Server logs
The server hosting this website automatically records basic connection information: IP address, date and time, browser type and the page visited. These logs are used only for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted automatically after the period set by the hosting provider.
3. Cookies and third-party tools
- This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not use tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel).
- The website does not load fonts or scripts from external servers.
- Your language choice is kept in the address (?lang=en), not in cookies.
- WordPress may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work (for example when logging in to the admin panel). These do not require consent.
4. Who receives the data
Data may be processed by the service providers we use — website hosting and email (OVH) — only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to kontakt@psw-it.pl.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland (uodo.gov.pl), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
6. Changes
If we change how we process data, we will update this document and the date at the top.
