1. Controller
The app is published by PSW-IT Piotr Suchecki, NIP 5223111437 (“we”). Contact: kontakt@psw-it.pl.
2. Data we collect
None. The app has no user accounts and no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it contains no third-party SDKs that collect data. In App Store terms: “Data Not Collected”.
3. Settings on your device
Your chosen sounds, volume levels and timer are saved only on your device. The widget and the Apple Watch app receive them directly from your phone (through iOS app groups and the connection between iPhone and Apple Watch), never through a server.
4. No server
We do not run our own server for the app, so nothing about you is stored on our side.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, under Apple’s Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). We do not see your payment details or Apple Account data — the app only checks with Apple whether your subscription is active.
6. Device permissions
The app does not use the microphone, camera or location.
7. Children
Hushaby is intended for parents and caregivers, not for children as users. The app does not collect any information about children.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
Because we do not process your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have questions or requests about your rights, write to kontakt@psw-it.pl.
9. Changes
We will publish any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
