1. Who we are
KSeF Viewer (the “App”) is published by PSW-IT Piotr Suchecki, ul. Tomcia Palucha 37/103, 02-495 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID PL5223111437 (the “Publisher”). Contact: kontakt@psw-it.pl.
2. Summary
- The App has no Publisher-operated servers. Your credentials and invoices are never sent to the Publisher.
- The App connects directly to the Polish Ministry of Finance systems (KSeF and the VAT taxpayer register).
- The App contains no ads, analytics, tracking or third-party data-collecting SDKs.
3. What data the App processes and where
- KSeF credentials (KSeF token or certificate, tax ID, selected environment) are stored only in the iOS Keychain on your device.
- Invoices and their metadata are downloaded from KSeF directly to your device and stored there using iOS data protection. This includes the statuses and categories you assign.
- Invoices you issue (PRO) are generated on your device and sent directly to KSeF. Seller details you save stay on your device.
- Counterparty lookup by tax ID sends the entered tax ID to the Ministry of Finance public VAT register API (wl-api.mf.gov.pl).
- The verification (QR) code on an invoice links to the Ministry of Finance verification page, which opens only when you choose to open it.
- Face ID / passcode is handled by iOS. The App never receives biometric data.
The Minister of Finance is the controller of data processed in KSeF and in the VAT register.
4. Purchases
PRO subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Publisher receives no payment card or personal data, only the subscription status. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Is the Publisher a data controller?
The Publisher does not collect or store your personal data on any server. If you email the Publisher, your address and message are used only to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and kept only as long as needed.
6. Deleting your data
In the App, go to Settings → “Remove this company” or “Log out” to delete that company’s credentials and downloaded invoices. Deleting the App removes all data stored on the device. Invoices in KSeF are not affected, as they are held by the Ministry of Finance.
7. Your rights
For data the Publisher processes (email correspondence) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).
8. Children
The App is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced in the App’s update notes. The current version is always available at this address.
10. Disclaimer
KSeF Viewer is an independent app and is not affiliated with the Polish Ministry of Finance or the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). It uses the publicly available KSeF API.
